Bollywood actors, like all of us, also have beautiful memories and that too their first! Remembering one such first, Amitabh Bachchan revealed the first concert attended by late Sridevi, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan.
Being nostalgic, Big B on his Instagram account shared a throwback picture and revealed that he took Sridevi, Salman, and Aamir to their first ever concert.
He Tweeted, “MY concert at Wembley Stadium .. first ever by Indian .. I took Sridevi, Aamir, and SALMAN for their first concert .. 70,000 people .. historic !! This is the Wembley Stadium before it was rebuilt and altered .. you see the altered now often on Premier League Football.”
The lovely monochrome picture features Big B, who can be seen smiling at the camera with Sridevi looking beautiful as ever. Aamir can be seen having a lovely smile, enjoying the whole vibe but it is Salman’s expressions that steal the limelight. The ‘Dabangg’ actor can be seen all cheerful and extremely excited for the concert.

He also told his fans that it was his concert at Wembley Stadium and that was the first time an Indian performed there.
For the first time, Amitabh and Aamir shared screen space in which released last year. With Salman Khan, the legendary actor has done many films including ‘Baabul’, ‘Baghban’ and ‘God Tussi Great Ho’.
Talking of his upcoming films, Amitabh will be next seen in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ that also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. The star cast of the film also includes Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles.
Ayan Mukerji’s directorial ‘Brahmastra’ will hit the silver screen on Christmas 2019.

See how colorful food boost immunity: It has come to know that what you eat can help your immune system fight against any potential diseases.
As per Samantha Heller, a registered dietitian and senior clinical nutrition expert at NYU Langone Health in New York, while there’s no particular food or diet that helps in getting rid of body diseases, eating the diet which is full of nutrition can be beneficial.
Heller added saying, “The immune system needs all nutrients to function optimally. These include vitamins, minerals, fats, carbohydrates, protein and phytonutrients.”
A number of colorful foods might benefit your immune system and gut health. So, here are a few examples.
According to Dr. Eddie Fatakhov, a physician and nutritionist at the Center for Internal and Integrative Medicine in Alpharetta, Georgia -Red, orange and yellow tend to have vitamin C and “if you’re eating the rainbow, and red bell peppers and green bell peppers have a lot of vitamin C. They have a lot of antioxidants and phytonutrients.”
He continued saying that anything that is orange or yellow tends to have a lot of vitamin C. The vitamin helps the immune system.
Citrus fruits, tomatoes, and tomato juice are the main contributors to vitamin C. Other good food sources include strawberries, kiwi, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower.
Green leafy vegetables which are the energy house of nutrients – Arugula, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, collard greens, and kale are rich in nutrients that can boost your immune system including C, E, and K.
They also full of carotenoids; folate; and minerals.
Cruciferous vegetables which belong to cabbage family are a source of indole-3-carbinol, which has been studied, along with other indoles. It plays the role of lowering the risk of several types of cancer. That research remains continuous.
The shades of blue, indigo, and violet foods: Dried fruits contain a large nutrition package. The reason is that nutrients and fiber are more concentrated on removing water from fruits.
Dried fruit is also a rich source of antioxidants and the B vitamin folate.

In a wish to offer a quieter and less troublesome experience to its users, Mozilla Firefox has declared that its Firefox browser will shortly set up automatically muting audio and videos that play by default on sites.
In its official blog, Mozilla stated that Mozilla Firefox 66 will block automatically playing audio video and audio on websites on Android and desktop. Users will be required to hit on the unmute button to listen to the audio. Muted autoplay videos will be permitted.
So that users will have the capability to allow or block the autoplay for sites by permissions. The changes will be rolled out as part of the general release for desktop and android on 19 march 2019.

Bollywood Actor Varun Dhawan today took to his official Instagram to post a picture of him with Bollywood top actress Alia Bhatt standing in front of a gigantic film mural.
The actor captioned the picture using both English and Hindi and wrote the name of the film, ‘Kalank’, including that, however, “these aren’t the clothes we are wearing in the film.”
The star further posted on Twitter, “Getting ready for our big motion picture experience #KALANK seeking inspiration from the all-time great @aliaa08.
The duo can be seen wearing casual clothes and looking at each other. varun Dhawan is seen wearing a black vest with light colored jeans, while Alia Bhatt is captured wearing a retro denim jacket with a big eagle motif on her back.
‘Kalank’ also features Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles.

Armie Hammer, Gary Oldman, and Evangeline Lilly are arrayed to team up for ‘Dreamland’, an “Opioid thriller” from Nicholas Jarecki and the follow up to his debut ‘Arbitrage’.

Apple is currently working on including new Animoji or animated emoji with the next iOS 12.2.
As per Cnet Reported, In the second developer beta version of the iOS iteration, Animoji for four other animals has been exposed. The new Animoji include a warthog, an ow, a giraffe and a shark.
Animated Emoji is supported on newer iPads and iPhones. It typically uses the device’s front-facing camera and 3D face-mapping sensor to exalt a user’s face into animals. You can further customize the characters to have your own Moji.

West Indies Cricket Board president Dave Cameron has appealed to the ICC to review its slow over-rate rule.
This came in the scenery of a one-match suspension passed over by the ICC to West Indies skipper Jason Holder for slow over-rate following which he will miss the third Test against England.
West Indies are leading the three-match series 2-0 and are on the verge of a memorable clean sweep but the absence of their in-form player could spoil the party for them. Cameron said that if they lost the match then the series would not be remembered for their “sparkling play” but for “crippling” decision made by the ICC.
“We will, of course, abide by the ICC ruling, but we have to wonder if such punitive action at a pivotal stage of the series is good for cricket. What a shame if the series is remembered not for the sparkling play of the reinvigorated West Indies players but for a crippling decision made by a rule that ought to be modified,” ESPNcricinfo quoted Cameron, as saying.
“Jason now has the opportunity to benefit from resting his body over the period of the next Test, and be well prepared for the upcoming ODI series against England which begins on February 20,” he added.
England and West Indies are set up to play the third Test from February 9 to 13 at the Darren Sammy National Cricket Stadium.

After observing food being wasted in a wedding, Ankit Kawatra departs from his job and founded Feeding India along with Srishti Jain in the year 2014.
Now, a different initiative sees Feeding India join hands with Zomato in an exercise towards settling the challenges of food wastage, malnutrition, and hunger.
Primarily, Feeding India already owns five sustainable programmes that have been helping towards picking up surplus food and redistributing it to needy people across hunger spots in over 65 cities in India.
Talking about the two joining hands, Deepinder Goyal, Founder & CEO, Zomato, said, “We have so far, taken environmental issues head-on with non-plastic initiatives like preventing the consumption of single-use plastic cutlery and promoting biodegradable packaging for food delivery.”
He added, “As we welcome Feeding India into the Zomato family, we will take this battle a notch higher by helping them build a system where excess food is directed to those in need. As a start, we aim to activate the restaurants on our platform into the Feeding India network and help them use technology to scale their volunteer operations. Feeding India and Zomato will together target every origin of food wastage and will assist sustainably feed the many who sleep empty stomach every night.
