The current situation has compelled us to do more work from home and the conditions are to be continued for an uncertain time period. Offices are maintaining social distancing and allowing them to work from home is an important decision that companies are taking.
Google has made a big announcement where they will be providing 1000$ to their employees as a fund to buy laptops and other devices. To make work from home a more comfortable option this allowances will be given by which they can easily buy computing, furniture and other devices used for work.
CEO Of Google Sundar Lal Pichai said:
“Because we still expect that most Googlers will be largely working from home for the rest of this year, we’ll be giving each Googler an allowance of $1,000 USD, or the equivalent value in your country, to expense necessary equipment and office furniture,”
This amount will be of great help for employees to set up proper work environment.
Google is also looking for opening more offices with 10%occupancy.
“This will give Googlers who need to come back to the office—or, capacity permitting, who want to come back—the opportunity to return on a limited, rotating basis,”
Google has always talked about the flexible work culture
“Moving ahead, we are looking to develop more overall flexibility in how we work. Our campuses are designed to enable collaboration and community—in fact, some of our greatest innovations were the result of chance encounters in the office—and it’s clear this is something many of us don’t want to lose,”
He further added:
“At the same time, we are very familiar with distributed work as we have many offices around the world and open-minded about the lessons we’ll learn through this period,”

Asia Cup 2018, India Vs Hong Kong: The buzz about India's recent performances has gone around its preparation for the big series. The BCCI had agreed to play back-to-back games, there was a lot to do with the fact that they were more likely to play a cooperative nation. But the match against Hong Kong was considered more of a practice to the Indians. A match that was meant to get an idea about the conditions of the pitch became a bitter lesson for the Indians. This 26-run win of India in the Asia Cup 2018 wasn’t an appropriate win or an ideal practice for Rohit Sharma’s team. Basically, it was a reality check just before the crucial clash against Pakistan. This extension in the workout may affect the players for the match on Wednesday. By the 20th over for the second innings, the tension was making a house in the Indian camp, when the 286-run target was only 156 runs away from Hong Kong with all 10 wickets in hand and 25 overs were in hand.

Both the Hong Kong openers, Nizakat Khan and Anshuman Rath were pacing their innings and the team’s score at a steady rate. Shikhar Dhawan's 120-ball 127 almost gone in vain with Nizakat's 92 and Rath's 73. This was the moment when only the inexperience could fail the opponents battling to justify the ODI status given to their games for this tournament.

And the inexperience was reflected in the 5th over when a tired Rath drove a Kuldeep Yadav-half-volley to Rohit Sharma at extra-cover on 73 and the 174-run opening stand was brought to an end. It was the perfect time when debutant Khaleel Ahmed took the important wicket of Nizakat as caught him in front of the stumps on 92 in the next over, it opened the way and ray of hope for India. Yuzvendra Chahal finished his bowling figures with 3/46. The 20-year-old Khaleel Ahmed returned figures of 3/48. But the bowlers are well known of the condition what they have to face under lights on Wednesday.

The Indian batting soon realized that their batting lineup was not in that ultimate form. Rohit Sharma's not well timed lofted shot off off-spinner Ehsan Khan safely landed in the hands of mid-off. While Ambati Rayudu in his comeback match scored 70-ball 60 at No.3. and then what followed was a similar story of the failure of the middle-order in India’s ODI cricket. India could gather only 48 runs, losing five wickets in the last 10 overs of the innings. The middle-order failed the team one more time.
What was expected to be a perfect practice after Hong Kong elected to field turned out in the overconfidence resulting in failure out in the middle! Dinesh Karthik looked good as he scored 33 runs while MS Dhoni couldn't deliver of what is expected from him as on Ehsan Khan’s delivery he gave the edge to the wicketkeeper to fall for a duck after facing only three odd deliveries.
As more and more Hong Kong batsmen were taking the game closer, the happier the Pakistanis would be. With such a less time we just hope India will do its best to dominate in the Asia Cup 2018 match on Wednesday.

Asia Cup 2018: All-round performance of India outclassed Pakistan by eight wickets in their group match at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday. Elected to bat first, Pakistan’s innings was wrapped up for just 162 runs, kudos to the Indian bowlers who gripped the innings right from the start and didn’t allowed Pakistani Batsmen to make a comeback in the match as their score was only 25 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in the powerplay of 10 overs. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Kedar Jadhav were the star bowlers as they shared 3 wickets each between them. Apart from them, the depth bowler, Jasprit Bumrah finished his bowling spell with two wickets.

In reply, India made a decent start and then it was a bang inning of 50 plus runs from the bat of Hit-man and current Indian skipper, Rohit Sharma. It was the 35th ODI fifty for him in the Asia Cup 2018. A fine partnership held between Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan. However, soon after Rohit’s half-century, Shadab Khan set him back to the pavilion. But, Shikhar Dhawan kept the fight alive but Faheem Ashraf dismissed him for 46 as the left-handed batsman missed out on his fifty. After Rohit and Dhawan's dismissal, both Ambati Rayudu and Dinesh Karthik assured India crossed the finishing line. Ambati Rayudu hit the finishing runs and achieved the target in just 29 overs. Now, India will again clash against Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2018 on September 23 on the same venue. Bhuvaneshwar Kumar was adjudged "Man of the Match" for his brilliant spell of 3/15. Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya was injured in the 4th over of his spell. We just hope for his speedy recovery.
